Cook the bacon to your liking
Sliced the pears or apples. (I like them pretty thin, but you can slice them to your preference.)
Shred the cheese.
Butter the bread and make sure to place it on the pan butter side down.
Build the sandwich. Some cheese, then bacon, more cheese, then fruit, more cheese, then the top piece of bread. This will hold it all together!
Cook on a griddle until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is ooey gooey!
