Heat the oil in a deep pot until 375 degrees (medium high heat)
Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl
When the oil is hot, dip a cheese curd into to batter and place in oil (can do roughly 7-10 at a time)
Once golden brown remove and set on paper towel to catch excess grease
