Trim any excess fat off the meat and put in freezer for 20 minutes (this will make it easier to slice)
Remove the meat and thinly slice into strips against the grain (as thin as possible!)
Lightly tenderize the strips of meat and add to a 1 gallon ziploc bag
Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to the bag and shake it up well. Place in the fridge and let marinate for 4 hours
Pre-heat the grill to 190 degrees. Once at temp, lay out the beef and cook for 2 hours. Flip each slice of beef and cook for another 2 hours
Remove from the grill and ENJOY!!
