Pound the chicken breasts to ½ inch thick. Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning together and rub both sides of the chicken
In a sauce pan, heat the oil on medium high heat. Once shimmering, add the chicken and cook 5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and add to plate and tent with foil
In the same pan, reduce the heat and melt the butter, add the garlic and simmer for 5 minutes
Add 1C Heavy whip and bring to a simmer. After 5 minutes remove from heat, add the remaining heavy whip and the grated parmesan and contiguously stir until smooth consistency. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix in the cooked fettucine noodles and plate. Add the chicken on top and add some shredded parmesan, enjoy!
