Mince the garlic, chop the shallot, chop the broccoli and shred the carrots
Cook your rice per brand instructions
In a bowl add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic, and ginger
In your wok, add a little oil and cook the shallot until soft
Add the turkey and cook until about halfway done. Add in the garlic, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for around 4-5 minutes and then add the sauce mixture, cooking for another 5 minutes
Add the starch mixture to thicken the sauce
Plate, top with green onion and sesame seeds
