Pre-heat grill to 325 degrees
Rinse and dry the chicken wings and add to large mixing bowl
Add the oil and toss to evenly coat the wings
Add all of the spices to a bowl and mix together well
Toss the wings with half of the spice mix at at time until they are evenly coated
Lay the wings on the grill and flip after roughly 8 minutes or until slightly charred on one side
After another 8 minutes toss the wings in a pile and slightly turn up the heat
Continue to toss frequently until charred to personal liking
Remove and enjoy!!
