Mix the butter, ginger, miso, garlic, and brown sugar together. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Spread the butter mix on the salmon and bake at 375°F for 13-16 minutes. Finish by broiling until the salmon is cooked to your liking and the top is golden. Top with green onion and red pepper flakes. Serve with rice and edamame.
