In a pan, heat your oil and cook the sausage until no longer pink. Remove. Save a little grease, add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add the wine, cooked till evaporated, then add back the sausage, tomatoes, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes then lower the heat and add the pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes and cream. Stir. Toss in the pasta, sprinkle on your Parmesan and eat!
