Season your pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In your pan, add some oil on medium high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on thickness). Reduce the heat, flip and add the thyme, garlic, butter, and red pepper flakes. Give the pork chops a butter bath by continuously spooning the butter onto the pork chops. Enjoy!
