For the Pork: Slice the pork into strips and slice the jalapeños. In a bowl whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the pork. In a bag mix the breadcrumbs and starch. Add the pork and shake to coat. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork and jalapeños for about 4 minutes, remove when golden. Cook whatever veggies you want and some rice! For the Sauce: Add the oil and cook the garlic. Add everything else (ginger, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, green onion) and bring to a simmer. Toss the pork and veggies with the sauce and plate.
