Who doesn’t love to eat like a kid? These are so crispy and so tasty and you can dip in your favorite sauce!! Btw if you don’t want the spice, don’t add it!

In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce. Stir and add the sliced chicken breast or tenders, then soak for 20 minutes. For the batter, mix the remaining dry ingredients (2C Flour, 1T Cajun Seasoning, 1T Onion Powder, 1t Garlic Powder, 2t Salt, 1t Pepper) and then coat the marinated chicken. Heat oil to 350°F and cook the chicken until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Dip and eat!!
