Full recipe below. This one is cooked in under 20 mins and perfect for any weekday. Also, you can absolutely add peas… after the pot pie post didn’t realize how many people had such strong dislike for them, so I omitted in the video lol.

Chop your bacon and garlic. In a bowl whisk together the Parmesan and Eggs. Cook pasta until Al dente and reserve some pasta water. In a pan, cook the bacon. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. On low heat, Add the pasta and the egg/parm mixture. Toss immediately adding reserve pasta water 1T at a time until desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Add parsley and more Parmesan when plated!
