In a pan, melt the butter. Add the breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until golden. Add the garlic, heat for 30 seconds, mix and remove! Boil the pasta to Al dente, reserve 1 cup of water and strain. Add the pesto, a little pasta water and the Parmesan. Mix and plate. Top with chicken, breadcrumbs, and more cheese! Enjoy!!
