Squeeze the oranges, add the zest, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer. Combine the starch and water and slowly add to the sauce. Simmer until almost add desired thickness (it will thicken more while cooking). Toss the cooked wings and plate. Enjoy!
