Chop the shallot and garlic. Slice the salmon and season with salt, pepper, garlic. Heat oil in the pan and sear the salmon. After 5 minutes (or less depending on how you like it cooked) flip. Cook for a minute more and remove. Add the butter and melt. Cook the shallot and garlic. Then add the remaining ingredients. As it thickens, add the salmon back to re-heat. Plate and serve! Enjoy!
