First, prepare the Magic Sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, the zest from 1 lemon, and the juice from 1 lemon. For the Sriracha Mayo, mix 1 tablespoon of sriracha with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. To stack, add 1/4 cup of cooked rice into a small dish and pack it down. Then add about 2 spoonfuls of the Magic Sauce, followed by 2 tablespoons of cooked, shredded seafood. Add another 1/4 cup of cooked rice and pack it again, then add 2 more spoonfuls of the Magic Sauce. Carefully flip the stacked ingredients onto a plate. Top with diced avocado, a dollop of Sriracha Mayo, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
