Chicken Taquitos - the perfect easy, summer meal!

These no longer need to be an appetizer, pair with some guac for dipping and you may have a hard time not eating all 10 yourself.. (I know I did 🫃)

Mix all ingredients (shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) in a bowl. Heat your tortillas until pliable. Add about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll it tightly. Place the rolled taquitos onto a greased pan, lightly baste them with oil, and bake at 425°F until golden.
