Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour. In a pan, heat the butter and oil. Add the chicken and cook till golden on both sides and cooked through, then remove. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the broth, cream and Parmesan. Stir and bring to a light simmer for a few minutes. Add the sun dried tomatoes, red pepper and Italian seasoning. Lower the heat. Add the chicken and covered in the sauce to reheat!
