Boil some salted water and cook the pasta until Al dente. If adding meat, cook your meat and remove. Blend the San Marzano Tomatoes until smooth. In a large pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the tomato sauce, vodka, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn the heat to low and add the cream and Parmesan. Once incorporated add the meat back and toss in the pasta. Serve with more Parmesan.
