Season Chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour. Heat oil in the pan and cook chicken through (4-5mins per side). Remove. Heat 2T Butter and cook the shallot, then add the garlic. Pour in the lemon juice, broth and wine. Reduce for 3 minutes. Add 1T Flour and simmer until thick. Pour in cream, add back the chicken and serve!
