Creamy Sausage Soup

In a pot, add some oil and cook the sausage and onion. Once done add the minced garlic and cook for a minute. Bring the chicken broth and diced tomatoes to a simmer for 5 minutes then add in the pasta. Cook until Al dente and turn the heat to low. Add the cream, cheese, and cream cheese. Mix it all together. Add to a bowl and top with more cheese and parsley!
