Easy meals are my favorite (if you haven’t noticed 😊) this honey garlic chicken is a 20 minute meal. We served with some parsley rice, literally adding rice vinegar and chopped parsley, and Edamame!

Toss the chicken thighs in the starch salt and pepper. Add the honey, broth, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to a bowl. In a pan heat the oil, add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Flip, then cook 2 more. Add the butter and garlic, cooking for 30 seconds, in goes the sauce. Cook and toss the chicken multiple times for 5 minutes or until desired thickness. Serve over rice.
