Cook the taco meat. In a bowl mix everything together. Add a large scoop to the tortilla, roll and add to a greased baking sheet. Brush on a little oil and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes (until crispy)! Serve with guac, salsa, rice, sour cream, whatever! Enjoy!
