What a meal we got to enjoy on Christmas Day! Fired up the @memphisgrills Beale Street early in the morning and decided to cook my first Brisket! For the rub, used a combination of salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Smoked with Pecan Pellets until it hit 160 degrees, wrapped until 204, and then set it in a cooler for 2 hours. I think it turned out pretty good for my first attempt, but can’t wait to hear what y’all think!

Fire up your pellet smoker (like the Memphis Grills Beale Street) early in the morning. Prepare a rub using a combination of salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Apply the rub to the brisket. Smoke the brisket with Pecan Pellets until its internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrap the brisket and continue cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 204 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked, set the brisket in a cooler for 2 hours to rest before slicing.
