Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon w/ Roasted Cauliflower For all you salmon lovers out there, this one is a great weeknight option. Easy to make, packed with flavor, kid friendly. They even ate the cauliflower!!

For the Glaze: Mix 1/3C Honey, 1/4C Soy Sauce, 2T Lemon Juice, and 1t Red Pepper Flakes together and set aside. For the Cauliflower: Chop the cauliflower and toss in a mixing bowl with 2T olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. For the Salmon: Coat salmon with salt and pepper. Heat 2T oil in a pan until hot. Add salmon skin side up and cook for 4-6 minutes until a nice brown sear develops. Flip the salmon. Add 3T Garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove the salmon from the pan. To Finish: Add the prepared glaze sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Add the salmon back into the pan and start spooning the glaze over the top. As the sauce continues to thicken, remove from heat. Garnish with lemon slices.
