First, prepare the homemade garlic aioli: Combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Store in the fridge until ready to use. To assemble the Texas Toast B.L.T.av: Cook the peppered bacon until crispy. Toast the Texas Toast to your preferred golden brown. Arrange the cooked bacon, fresh tomato slices, and lettuce on one slice of toasted Texas Toast. Add slices of avocado. Spread a generous amount of the prepared garlic aioli on the other slice of Texas Toast and place it on top to complete the sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy!
