Coat the chicken thighs in oil and rub the spice blend (Sugar, Paprika, Salt, Onion Powder, Oregano, Cumin, Thyme, Pepper, Chili Powder, Cayenne) on both sides. Heat a pan with oil and cook for 5 minutes, turning when golden. While the chicken cooks, mix the sauce (Sweet Chili Sauce, Honey, Old Bay, Cumin). Once chicken reaches 167 degrees Fahrenheit, remove from pan and glaze. Squeeze on some lime juice and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
