For the Salmon: Heat a pan with oil until smoking. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook skin side up until seared (about 2 minutes). Flip the salmon, then add the honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the juice from 1/2 a lemon. Occasionally baste the salmon with the sauce and cook until it reaches your desired temperature. For the Magic Sauce: Combine 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, the juice from 1 lemon, and the zest from 1 lemon. To build your stack: Assemble your sushi stack with rice and other preferred components, top with the honey lemon salmon, and drizzle with the Magic Sauce. Enjoy!
