Creamy Tomato Pasta (with spinach!)

Boil the pasta til Al dente. In a pan heat the oil and cook the garlic, onion, and sausage (5-7 mins) until cooked through. Add in the tomatoes, oregano, basil, and salt. Bring to a simmer and add the heavy cream and pepper. Another 5 minutes of cooking and in goes the pasta. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Top with cheese and eat!
