In a bowl mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lime and spices. Set aside. In a pan, heat the butter and cook the jalapeño until soft. Add the corn and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese mix. Once incorporated add the shredded cheese. Once melted top with cotija and green onion.
