Preheat the oven to 350. In a bowl mix the Peanut Butter, applesauce, brown sugar, vanilla. In another bowl,ox the oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Slowly mix the two together with milk. Fold in the chocolate chips. Add to a greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce Enjoy!
