Creamed Corn Succotash

What’s your favorite Thanksgiving side?? Mine is Creamed Corn Succotash! Only way to make this better is if it could somehow be healthy 😂 Ingredients: 2 Bags of Frozen Corn 1T oil 1 Bell pepper 3 Cloves garlic 3T butter 1C heavy cream 2T flour 1C milk 1/4C parmesan Salt and Pepper In your pan, heat the oil and add the frozen corn. Chop up a pepper and the garlic cloves and add that! Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the butter. Cook for 5 minutes. In a measuring cup, add the milk, cream and flour and whisk together. Pour into the corn and cook until desired thickness. Add the parm, stir and enjoy! #creamedcorn #sides #sidedish #corn #thanksgiving
