A perfect summertime dish featuring chicken, pasta, a creamy lemon garlic sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Easy to make and comforting.

Season the halved chicken on both sides with the spices (salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, thyme). Cook chicken in 2T olive oil and a little butter until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and tent with foil. Add the remaining butter to the pan along with the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Then add the cooked pasta and chicken broth to the pan. Cover and simmer until 2 minutes before the pasta reaches al dente. Stir in the heavy cream/half n half, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Once the pasta is al dente, remove from heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Top with sliced chicken and more Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
