Bourbon Bacon Brownies

For the Candied Bacon:

Add the bacon to a baking sheet and coat with brown sugar. Preheat oven to 225 degrees and then bake the bacon for 1 hour.

For the Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (Flour, Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Coffee Grounds). Next, add the eggs, oil, and water and mix until combined. Pour half of the mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with caramel. Pour the second half of the batter and drizzle a little more caramel. Chop up the baked candied bacon and sprinkle over the top of the brownie batter. Bake the brownies until an inserted toothpick comes out clean!
