This simple, one pan dish is perfect and should be a hit for the whole family! Who doesn’t love some juicy chicken, fresh tomatoes, and melty cheese!!

Season your chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add to your skillet with some oil and cook through (about 5 mins per side). Then remove and let rest before slicing. In the same pan, add the butter and the chopped shallot. Cook for 2 mins and then add the garlic. After 30 seconds, pour in the wine and deglaze (scrape the bits off the bottom). Simmer and reduce slightly and then add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and gnocchi. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Slice your chicken, add the the pan. Top with mozzarella and then broil until melted! Top with basil and some balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!!
