First, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ground ginger, and sriracha to create the sauce. Cook the chicken in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the pan. Boil pasta or rice noodles according to package directions. In the same pan, cook the vegetables (mushrooms, carrot, sugar snap peas, and any other veggies you have). Add the cooked chicken and noodles back into the pan with the veggies. Pour the prepared sauce over everything and mix it all together until well combined. Enjoy!
