Mix the ingredients, trim the fat off the pork shoulder, rub all sides and sear all sides in a hot pan. The. Add to the crock pot! Mix it all together, pour over the meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours! Remove and rest, then shred. Darin the excess sauce. In a pan add 1C Brown Sugar and 2oz Water, still simmer and add the excess sauce reduce for 5-10 minutes. Pour half over the meat. Build your plate. And eat!!!
