One of my all time favorite recipes to make and also to order out. This bolognese cooks all afternoon and fills the house with amazing aroma.

Chop your veggies. In your pot, add some butter. Once melted, add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the ground meat and break into chunks. Season with some salt and pepper and cook through. Add the milk and reduce, then the wine and reduce. Each should take 10-15 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, seasonings, stir and cover. Cook for about 3 hours on low. Add pasta and cheese and eat!
