When I used to work at Cheesecake Factory long ago, this was probably my favorite dish. Obviously had to create a copycat recipe for all of you to enjoy as well!

Combine the seasonings for the chicken on a plate. Halve you chicken breasts, dunk in eggs, seasoning, eggs, seasoning and fry in oil until golden crisp and cooked through. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Boil your pasta till 2 mins before Al dente. In pan, add butter and veggies cook till softened and remove. Add the pasta, the sauce and the veggies and bring to a simmer until sauce thickens. Top with chicken and eat!
