Tater Tot Casserole

Mince the garlic, chop the onion, preheat the oven to 375. Add the beef to a pan and season with salt and pepper. Once browned add the onion, garlic and spices. Stir and cook for another minute. Grease your baking dish and build the layers (beef, cream of mushroom, veggies, cheese, tots). Bake for 35 minutes and eat!
