Shred a rotisserie chicken or cook your own. Chop the veggies. In a pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter and add the carrots and onion. Season with pepper and seasoning salt and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add the garlic, thyme and poultry seasoning and cook for 1 minute. Mix in the flour and slowly pour in the chicken broth. Once simmering add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes. Add the peas and corn and cook for 2 more. Add the chicken and milk, warm and serve! Enjoy!
