A delicious and healthy(ish) dip perfect for summer parties, featuring a fresh fruit salsa and homemade cinnamon chips.

For the Salsa: Dice 2 apples, half a carton of raspberries, and half a carton of strawberries. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of strawberry preserves, then stir everything together. For the Cinnamon Chips: Cut tortillas into strips. Baste them with melted butter and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes and let cool before serving.
