Honey Caprese Salmon! Caprese and summer go hand in hand, so I am always trying different ways to make it. This one did not disappoint. In fact, I might even like it better than the chicken version..

Cut your salmon and season with salt and pepper. In a pan, add the balsamic vinegar, bring to a simmer, add 3 tablespoons of honey, and then let cool. In a separate pan, add the butter and 4 tablespoons of honey. Cook the salmon and remove. Top with sliced Cherry tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, and the balsamic.
