Marinate the chicken with the sesame oil, starch, S&P, and pepper flakes. Cook in some oil and remove when browned and cook through. Add the honey, soy sauce, and garlic. After a few minutes as it thickens, toss in the cooked chicken. Serve with rice and any veggie of your choice!
