Oil your salmon filets and season well with the seasoning mix (salt, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder). In an oven-safe pan, add the remaining ingredients (butter, oil, garlic, honey, Worcestershire, soy sauce, sriracha, lemon juice) and bring to a boil to reduce slightly. Add the salmon skin side down and then spoon on the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Add to a broiler on high for about 4 minutes (or until cooked to your liking!). Enjoy!
