In a bowl, add the balsamic, oil, honey, Dijon salt, and pepper. Cut you beef into 1” chunks and add to the mixture. Marinade for at least an hour. Add the tomatoes, oil, rosemary, S&P to a bowl and mix. Boil the potatoes for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Add everything to skewers, grill, and eat!!
