Cook the sausage and red pepper until browned. Add in the whisked eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the sliders to a baking sheet, pile on the eggs and shredded cheese. Baste the top with the melted butter. Add to the oven at 350 for 10 minutes (until cheese is melted). Enjoy!
