This is a super simple sushi stack recipe that can be made with any type of seafood. The key is the 'magic sauce' and layering the ingredients in a bowl before flipping onto a plate and topping with sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and avocado.

First, make the magic sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil, 2 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar, 4 teaspoons of Soy Sauce, and the juice and zest from half a lemon. To build the stack, use a bowl or small container. Add 1/3 cup of cooked rice to the bottom. Drizzle some of the magic sauce over the rice. Add a layer of your chosen meat (e.g., seafood). Add another 1/3 cup of cooked rice. Drizzle again with sauce. Carefully flip the stack onto a plate. Finally, top with Sriracha Mayo, sesame seeds, and avocado.
