Slice the meat and veggies. In a bowl add the meat, garlic, red curry, ginger, 1T Oil, and soy sauce. Marinade for 15 mins. Cook the veggies in 1T Oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt (optional). Remove, add the meat and cook. Scramble some eggs and add to cooked rice. Put it all together and eat! Enjoy!
