This meal makes Monday’s a breeze (Especially with the easy cleanup)! I definitely recommend using bone-in breasts or thighs as it will add lots of flavor. But if you don’t want to, that’s ok too! Make it yours!

Chop everything up. Season the chicken with spice blend (Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt). Sear both sides of the chicken and remove. Cook the veggies and then add the garlic and herbs (Rosemary, Thyme). Stir in the rice and then the broth, cream and cheese. Once mixed cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove and eat!
